- Opened or Used Items: We accept returns of opened or used items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence.
- Items without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
- Software or games that have been opened or registered.

Return Process:
- Contact StechEmpresa by phone or email within the return window mentioned above.
- A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by the customer service representative.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
